Place orders as late as 10.00pm the day before delivery.

Simply, choose a shopping aisle by clicking on the Start Shopping tab.

Select the items you wish to purchase and enter quantities in the corresponding boxes.

All items are sent to a personalised shopping trolley with the contents and value on constant display.

To delete or add items, simply update your shopping trolley.

To pay, enter your credit card details (or select the option to telephone these details through) and click submit. The transaction could take up to 60 seconds.

To confirm your order you will be redirected to a Confirmation Page. This will have your order number which you should note for any enquiries. Delivery will be the next afternoon unless it is a public holiday or weekend. In that case delivery will be the afternoon of the next business day.

Delivery to metropolitan Brisbane and surrounding areas is FREE.

Delivery Hours:

Deliveries will be after 2.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) in the Brisbane area. This way even if you are not home when the order is left it should not be too long before you can unpack it.

All goods are delivered in specifically designed, climate-controlled boxes with a gel pack (the same system used to send seafood by air) which guarantee your order will remain cool for at least six hours after dispatch.

Most fruit and vegetables are sold individually at Cyberdeli so you, as the customer, can know exactly how much you are buying.

When you enter the quantity of a product, you must enter the whole number (1,2,3,4...). The minimum quantity you can buy is displayed. Do not use fractions when ordering. If you want a kilo of a product that can be purchased in 500g lots just type in "2" and you will get a kilo.

Cyberdeli uses sophisticated encryption (coded with a number) to send your credit card details to a secure site. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into code before securely transmitting over the internet.

We do not keep any of your personal details except for the purpose of sending your order out to you.

We also do not require you to register with us and give over personal information. We are in the business of selling fine food and not information about our customers. The shopping list you save for future use is saved on your computer not ours. If you want to participate in our Bulletin Board conferences that is up to you. For security reasons some information is required to sign up. However if you want you can just visit and see what other people have to say or offer.

Cyberdeli has had no customers report fraudulent use of a credit card as a result of purchases made with us.
